Before transitioning to law, Mr. Herrera spent over a decade in the insurance claims

Mr. Herrera’s background includes extensive experience in casualty and property risk management, as well as handling claims involving residential and commercial property losses, trucking accidents, construction defect, and general liability matters. Mr. Herrera earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and was
admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2025. He is also admitted to practice before the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is an active member of the Insurance Law and Construction Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, as well as the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.
