Ms. Hernandez is a civil litigation attorney who advises clients in a broad range of both plaintiff and defendant matters. She handles first and third-party insurance litigation claims, including construction defects, bad faith, and personal injuries. Her clients include individuals and businesses throughout Texas. 

Education: 
Ms. Hernandez earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. She graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2024. During her time in law school, Ms. Hernandez was an active participant in the Advocacy Program, where she competed in three moot court competitions and played a role in the school’s mock trial competitions. She also earned her certification as a mediator, further enhancing her skill set in resolving disputes outside of the courtroom. Her dedication to excellence in legal education was recognized with the CALI Excellence Award for Advanced Legal Skills. Ms. Hernandez also gained hands-on experience as a student attorney in the Trademarks Clinic, where she provided legal assistance and counsel under supervision, helping clients navigate trademark-related matters. 

Professional and Community Activities: 
Member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Hispanic Bar Association, and the Mexican-American Bar Association. 

 Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, and discovering local eateries.
