Ms. Fuentes is a civil litigation attorney who advises clients in a broad range of both plaintiff and defendant matters. She handles first and third party insurance litigation claims, including construction defects, bad faith, and personal injuries. Her clients include individuals and businesses throughout Texas. Ms. Fuentes has also represented clients in property disputes, claims for breaches of contract, and trademark registrations.

Education:

Ms. Fuentes earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she developed her advocacy skills as a member of the mock trial team. She graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2023, where she served as the president of the Environmental Law Society and worked as a student attorney for the Trademarks Clinic. She also gained valuable mediation experience interning with the Collin  County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Fuentes was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2023, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
