David L. “Dave” Red has been handling lawsuits in both state and federal courts for over thirty-four years. His practice includes commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury, premises liability, general negligence, wrongful death, governmental liability, real estate, and insurance coverage matters.

Mr. Red was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1991. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Mr. Red earned his B.A. in History and English from Baylor University in 1988 and his J.D. from the Baylor University School of Law in 1991.

Mr. Red is an avid reader and traveler who also enjoys visiting museums, attending plays and concerts, cooking, and doing volunteer work.
